Bobby Lashley Has Next Fight Set

Colorado's Bobby Lashley has his next fight set.

Lashley will be facing fight veteran James Thompson at 'Super Fight League 3' on May 6th.

After taking up MMA in 2008, Lashley went 1-1 under the 'Strikeforce' banner getting a TKO win over Wes Sims and a TKO loss to Chad Griggs.

Since then, the former amateur-wrestling champion has picked up two more wins on the regional circuit in the smaller shows against the likes of John Ott and Karl Knothe, which was for the 'Sharks Fights' heavyweight strap.

After recovering from a blown-up ear at the hands of Kimbo Slice, James Thompson has found a home at SFL, getting a win over Bob Sapp at the promotions first event.

Other announced 'SFL 3' fights include light heavyweights Trevor Prangley (23-9-1) vs. Baga Agaev (26-11), middleweights Doug Marshall (14-5) vs. Zelg Galesic (10-6), and 125-pounders Lena Ovchynnikova (8-1) vs. Joanne Calderwood (1-0).
