Rousey is coming off a big win back in March, submitting Miesha Tate which saw her secure the 'Strikeforce' bantamweight strap.
It was Rousey's fifth straight first-round armbar submission victory.
Kaufman will be entering the fight with Rousey on a three-fight win streak.
On the preliminary card of the noted March card, Kaufman reached #1 contender status when she won a tough fought battle versus Alexis Davis via decision.
