It will be for the 'Score Fighting Series', a top Canadian promotion and will take place October 19th in Sarnia, Canada.
Toner's opponent will be John “The Haggis Basher” Fraser.
Fraser has been fighting since 2003 and has been one of Canada’s top bantam/featherweight fighters for the last several years.
Fraser was riding a 7 fight win streak before his last fight, all submissions, always looking for a finish. It will be the promotion’s US television debut. The event will be featured live on 'AXS TV', formerly HDNet.
Toner will be trying to string 3 wins together since April of 2010.
