PacMan Hangs On, Velasquez Falls

After the dust settled, Saturday night saw a former champion go down and a current champion raise some questions with his win.

Manny Pacquiao went on to win over the always tough Juan Manuel Marquez on the scorecards after 12 the third matchup of theirs.

No time was wasted in the speculation as many pundits were left wondering what this means for Pacman's chances of beating "Money."

On the Mixed Martial Arts stage, the UFC ushered in the Fox era of programming. Not sure about anyone else but I didn't realize the broadcast was only going to include the main-event.

A main-event that saw the unstoppable Cain Velasquez get stopped in his tracks by the "new" unstoppable in Junior Dos Santos.

The action didn't last long as Dos Santos clipped Velasquez at the 1:04 mark of the first round to get the UFC heavyweight strap.

Some fans were disgruntled after the quick end to the show, but what can you do about the actual outcome? It was still explosive and no doubt will be talked about in depth around the water cooler in the days to come.

See you at the fights!
