The current Strikeforce middleweight champion will be facing 'Team Quest' fighter Tarec Saffiedine (13-3).
Marquardt secured the 'Strikeforce' middleweight strap earlier this year with a KO of former #1 contender Tyron Woodley.
The former UFC fighter will now look to make his first successful title defense.
